Corporate Name Availability
Phone in the proposed corporate name(s). We submit names to the Department of State, and report the first available name to your office. When submitting more than one name, please submit names in order of preference. We suggest you refer to §301 of the Business Corporation Law for guidance in choosing names. $10.00 fee (per name checked) Routine $25.00 (per name checked) Rush $5.00 Disbursement to the Dept of State/each name checked Unless otherwise noted, all services will be invoiced to include sales tax (where applicable) and $5.00 administrative handling.

Corporate Name Reservation
Expediting Service Available (at the following additional costs): 24-Hour - $25; Same Day - $75; 2-Hour - $150 Once a name has been checked and found to be available, you may wish to place a reservation on the name. Servico will prepare and file the Application for Name Reservation for your corporate name. Once filed, we will send the receipt of Name Reservation to your office. When filing certificates, the Name Reservation Receipt must accompany the Certificate. Name Reservations are good for a period of Sixty (60) days from the date of reservation. Also please advise if name reservation is for a corporation organized under the Business Corporation Law, Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, a new business, or change of name. $25.00 Service Fee $20.00 Disbursement to Department of State for Business Corporation $10.00 Disbursement to Department of State for Not-For-Profit Corporation Unless otherwise noted, all services will be invoiced to include sales tax (where applicable) and $5.00 administrative handling.

Extension of Name Reservation
If an extension of a current reservation of name is required, Servico will prepare and file the document necessary for the sixty day extension. Please be advised that the original receipt of Name Reservation must accompany the request for extension. Prices for Extension of Name Reservation are the same as those for the Name Reservation.

Cancellation of Name Reservation
If, for any reason, the reservation of a corporate name needs to be canceled, we can prepare and file the necessary documents to do so. The name reservation receipt must accompany the request for cancellation. Prices for Cancellation of name reservation are the same as for the Name Reservation.
